Emily Weider is an actor and filmmaker based in New York.

She wrote and directed Wonderland, a satirical short starring Chris Gethard. She played Nikki in Anora, Sean Baker’s Palme d’Or and Best Picture winner. She wrote, co-directed and starred in the comedy short Juicy, which premiered at the Oscar-qualifying film festival, Cinequest.

She trained at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, studied on-camera technique with Bob Krakower, and improv at Upright Citizens Brigade.

She is also a registered intimacy coordinator, certified through IDC Professionals, which makes her the least embarrassed person on most sets.
